Mandelica works on two levels, as a gentle exfoliant and as an antibacterial. As an exfoliant, it's shown to smooth fine lines and wrinkles from the skin while supporting healthy exfoliation. It's also a safe alternative to steroids and hydroquinone for the treatment of hyperpigmentation. Mandelica penetrates the epidermis slowly and uniformly because of its large molecular size, making it ideal for sensitive skin types and those suffering with acne, rosacea and pigmentation.
